Q2: Do you have CE/FCC?

  1. Yes. CE-RED and FCC ID are held under our own model names. For other models, we’ll handle the certifications as needed.

Q3: Could you accept customer design?

  1. Yes, we mainly provide customization services at different levels like OEM (logo/package), Semi-custom (color/firmware), And ODM (private tooling).

Q4: What's your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?

  1. OEM 2000 pieces; Semi-custom 3000 pieces; ODM from 3000 pieces (subject to model).
  2. Stock models start from 500 pieces.

Q5: What’re your leading time?

  1. Stock sample 3 – 5 days; OEM 15 – 25 days; Semi-custom 20 – 30 days; ODM 45 – 60 days.

Q6: What’s your payment term?

  1. T/T 30% deposit, 70% before shipment. L/C at sight is acceptable for orders over $20k.

  1. FOB Shenzhen, and FOB Guangzhou usually. EXW, CIF, and DDP are also workable.
