Q1: Are you a manufacturing company or a trading company?

  1. Both are. Annree started from power bank production. We have our own factory located in Dongguan, China.
  2. Now we built relationship with some partner factories, and set up our professional marketing team.

Q2: Could you accept customer design?

  1. Yes, we accept customized logo label & tags & package. We have much experience in OEM service.
  2. We are able to develop the designs according to customer’s request.

Q3: How can I get your product list?

Q4: What's your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?

  1. As to natural models MOQ will be 500 units, while OEM order MOQ is 1000 units.
  2. For smaller order, we are open to negotiate with each other.

Q5: What’re your leading time of sample and bulk?

  1. For sample, it’s usually about 5-7 working days after all details confirmed.
  2. Regarding bulk, leading time will be around 15-25 working days after order confirmed. It depends on quantity and season.

Q6: What’s your payment term?

  1. As to sample, we will charge sample fee and standard delivery fee.
  2. For bulk, 40% deposit to start production, and all balance paid prior to delivery.

Q7: What about your shipment term?

  1. For sample, express will be best for saving time.
  2. Regarding bulk, we do FOB mostly. EXW, CIF and even any other way will also be workable.
